Yes, if the unit is clean, completely emptied, and there are no damages when you vacate the unit, your security deposit is returned to you.

You have a (10) day grace period to pay your account. If your payment has not been received by the 10th day of the month, you will be charged a late fee.
Yes, we ask that you let us know a week in advance that you plan to vacate your unit.

No, standard combination, disk or pad locks will work on our doors.
