Refund Policy

General Policy
All storage units are rented on a month-to-month basis. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We do not provide refunds for partial months, even if the unit is vacated early.

Refunds for Pre-paid Rent
If you have prepaid for multiple months, a refund may be issued for full, unused months only. No refund will be provided for the current month in which you vacate. 

Move-Out Requirements
To vacate, you must:

• Remove your lock and all items.
• Leave the unit clean.
• Provide written notice at least 10 days in advance. 

Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued if the tenant has complied with all terms of the rental agreement and cleared all items by the designated date. 

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method (or mailed via check) within one week.
